Maybe it’s time for things to feel different

Hi, I’m Sandika

My work blends trauma-informed coaching, emotional healing, somatic work, and practical action to help people reconnect to themselves and move forward with life.

Many of the people I work with are high-functioning externally while internally carrying emotional pain, overwhelm, and a growing sense that something in their lives no longer feels aligned.

Together, we gently explore what may be holding you back so you can build healthier relationships, deeper self-trust, and a more fulfilling life.

Before you share your story with me, let me share a little of mine

Like many of my clients, I know what it feels like to struggle with anxiety, heartbreak, self-doubt, emotional sensitivity, and disconnection from yourself and the life you want to create.

Years ago, when I first set out to do this work, I added Sandika to my name.

Sandika means moving forward with life, something that has become deeply connected to both my own personal growth and the work I do today.

Action becomes the healing

Growth can begin through awareness, emotional healing, and getting to know the parts of ourselves that learned to survive. But eventually, action becomes the healing.

Real change begins to happen through the way we live, choose, relate, and move through the world. Over time, this can create a deeper sense of self-trust, possibility, and empowerment.

In 2017, I graduated from Rhodes Wellness College with a Diploma in Life Coaching. Since then, I’ve continued expanding my approach through training in trauma-informed coaching, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gentle Trauma Release (GTR), and emotional healing. I also completed my Master Empowerment Coach Certification through The S.W.A.T. Institute. (Simply Women Accredited Trainer)

I later became a Mentorship Coach Coordinator and Assistant Professor of Coaching, supporting and teaching students in foundational coaching skills.

My approach

Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed work and Gentle Trauma Release (GTR) are important parts of my approach, helping clients better understand themselves, process unresolved trauma, and build healthier patterns in their lives and relationships.

Above all, my work is about creating safe spaces where people can show up fully as themselves without judgment, pressure, or expectations.

A space to explore where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you want your life to move next.

Not to become someone else.

But to reconnect more deeply to who you already are.

I deeply value the trust my clients place in me.
