Ready to move forward with your life?

This work is for people who are ready to better understand themselves, shift old patterns, build healthier relationships, and create a life that feels more connected and fulfilling.

Together, we create a process that supports healing, reconnection, and lasting change.

Phase 1: Building Safety

We begin by exploring the triggers and protective responses that may be keeping you stuck.

Together, we identify the β€œtable legs” supporting the struggles you most want to shift, whether that’s anxiety, ROCD, burnout, heartbreak, relationship struggles, or disconnection from yourself.

This phase may include:

  • Gentle Trauma Release (GTR) and trauma processing

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed parts work

  • somatic tools that support greater safety and grounding

  • relationship and attachment work

  • self-awareness and emotional resilience

The goal is not perfection.

It’s awareness, safety, understanding, and forward movement.

Phase 2: Healing & Release

Over time, we begin processing unresolved trauma and shifting the patterns that no longer serve you.

This phase often includes:

  • trauma processing and somatic emotional release

  • therapeutic letter writing

  • taming the inner critic and rebuilding self-worth

  • relationship and attachment work

  • communication, boundaries, and emotional regulation

  • grief support and emotional processing

This is often where people begin noticing meaningful shifts in:

  • anxiety

  • relationships

  • confidence

  • emotional resilience

  • acceptance

  • self-trust

  • ability to take aligned action

Phase 3: Moving Forward With Your Life

Eventually, life becomes less about surviving old patterns and more about creating the life you actually want to live.

This phase focuses on:

  • values and identity

  • aligned action

  • healthier relationships

  • dating and relationship discernment

  • confidence and acceptance

  • creating lasting change

  • reconnecting to joy and meaning

Because eventually, action becomes the healing.

Working Together

This work is most effective when approached with consistency, openness, and a willingness to engage in the process over time.

While every person’s experience is unique, I generally recommend committing to at least 3 months of working together, with many clients continuing beyond that as life continues to unfold.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions before gradually transitioning into bi-weekly sessions as greater confidence, stability, and forward movement begin to develop.

Sessions are personalized based on your needs, goals, and where you are in the process.

Investment per session:

$250 CAD (approximately $195 USD depending on exchange rates)
